Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer within the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

However, this right does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content or services that are not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with your prior express consent and with the acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)).

By completing your purchase, you expressly agree that we begin providing the digital service immediately after payment, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
