Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website wpdirstats.com and the digital platform services we provide. By accessing or using our platform, creating an account, or making any payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of forming binding contracts to use our platform.
1.2. If you represent an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it to these Terms.
2. Account Registration & Access
2.1. To use certain features, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete information.
2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
2.3. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Payments & Subscriptions
3.1. All payments (one-time or recurring) are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. By purchasing, you agree to Paddle’s Terms and Privacy Policy.
3.2. Subscription plans renew automatically on their billing date unless canceled at least 48 hours prior.
3.3. If a payment fails, Paddle will retry up to 3 times over 14 days. Continued failure may result in suspension of service access until payment is resolved.
3.4. All fees are non-refundable except as explicitly set out in our Refund Policy. Chargeback disputes are handled exclusively by Paddle.
4. Use of Service & Restrictions
4.1. You may use the platform solely for your internal business or personal purposes, in accordance with these Terms.
4.2. You may not
- share your account or credentials with third parties;
- copy, modify, distribute or reverse-engineer any part of our platform;
- use our platform to infringe intellectual property or any applicable law;
- engage in abusive behavior toward our team or other users.
4.3. You acknowledge that certain data (e.g., plugin listings, metadata) is sourced from the WordPress Plugin Directory under its API Terms; such data is provided “as-is” and may be subject to WordPress.org’s trademark and usage policies. You agree not to scrape, export, or republish that data beyond viewing it on our platform.
4.4. Any other use not expressly permitted herein is prohibited.
5. Availability & Support
5.1. We strive to keep the platform available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
5.2. Scheduled maintenance or emergency downtime may occur; we will notify you in advance where practicable.
5.3. Support is provided via during business hours (CET, Mon–Fri).
6. Data Protection & Privacy
6.1. We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6.2. Necessary customer information (name, email) is shared with Paddle solely to complete transactions. We do not store payment details on our servers.
6.3. By using the platform, you consent to our use of cookies and similar tracking technologies, as described in our Cookie Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. All content, trademarks, software and data on the platform (“Platform IP”) are owned by us or our licensors.
7.2. You receive only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Platform IP as permitted hereunder.
7.3. No rights are granted to reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, publicly display or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform IP.
7.4. Third-party trademarks, including “WordPress” and related logos, and all data from the WordPress Plugin Directory remain the property of their respective owners. We claim no ownership or endorsement of that data.
8. Termination
8.1. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful conduct.
8.2. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access remains until the end of the current billing period.
8.3. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms immediately cease, and you must stop all use of the platform.
9. Warranty & Limitation of Liability
9.1. The platform is provided “as-is” and “as-available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9.2. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the platform (e.g., lost profits, data loss).
9.3. Our total liability for direct damages shall not exceed the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9.4. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness or reliability of third-party data (e.g. from the WordPress Plugin Directory) displayed on our platform.
10. Changes to Service & Terms
10.1. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform, with or without notice.
10.2. We may update these Terms at any time. Revised Terms take effect upon posting. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
11.1. These Terms are governed by Austrian law, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules.
11.2. EU consumers retain any mandatory rights under local laws.
11.3. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be brought exclusively before the courts of Vienna, Austria, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
